Forsale is a beta platform for local resale storefronts, listings, and events. These terms explain the basic rules for using the service.

Platform Role
Forsale connects independent buyers, sellers, and organizers. Forsale is not the buyer, seller, broker, auctioneer, escrow agent, delivery provider, insurer, tax advisor, or payment guarantor for any transaction.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for their own listings, payments, pickups, taxes, permits, refunds, returns, communications, and disputes. Each user must decide whether an item, event, payment method, or pickup arrangement is appropriate for them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, the age of majority where you live, or an authorized representative of an organization using the service.
Beta Service
Forsale is in beta. Features, limits, availability, pricing, checkout options, assisted listing tools, and event tools may change as the product develops.
Content and Account Enforcement
Forsale may remove content, limit features, hide listings, or suspend accounts for safety, fraud, abuse, prohibited items, illegal activity, or policy violations.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
