July 2026 Help and onboarding update
- Account setup now starts from Shop, Sell, or Organize and keeps new seller storefronts private by default.
- Public search requires an explicit ZIP, current-area, map-area, or All inventory choice.
- Cash checkout now follows Requested, Approved and reserved, then Completed after payment and pickup, with explicit cancellation, rejection, expiry, and failure states.
- The public Forsale Help library replaces the off-brand support destination and adds corrected role paths, searchable articles, metadata, status, and escalation.
How Help versions work
Every article shows its owner, applicable app version, and review date. Forsale is in beta, so verify the visible labels in the current app and report any article that no longer matches the workflow.
