Marketplace Rules
Rules for sellers, buyers, organizers, listings, local pickup, and reports.
These rules keep local resale useful, accurate, and safer for buyers, sellers, organizers, and community events.

Seller Rules
- List only items you own or are authorized to sell.
- Keep titles, photos, descriptions, categories, conditions, prices, quantities, and availability accurate.
- Do not list prohibited, recalled, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, regulated, illegal, or infringing items.
- Handle pickup, taxes, refunds, returns, disputes, and compliance for your sales.
Buyer Rules
- Read listings carefully, ask questions before pickup, inspect items before paying, and use good judgment with high-value items.
- Honor agreed pickup times or communicate promptly if plans change.
- Do not pressure sellers into unsafe payment, pickup, or off-platform behavior.
Organizer Rules
- Keep event details, public location visibility, seller participation, and schedule information accurate.
- Secure required permissions for venues, neighborhoods, HOAs, schools, churches, community groups, permits, signage, cleanup, and local compliance.
- Do not misrepresent charity, fundraising, sponsorship, approvals, expected attendance, or official affiliation.
Local Pickup Safety
Use public or well-lit pickup locations when practical. Be cautious with exact home address visibility, high-value items, and requests that feel unusual.
Reviews and Feedback
If reviews or feedback are available, keep them honest, specific, and based on actual interactions. Do not manipulate reviews or use feedback to harass another user.
Reporting Listings
To report a specific listing, use the Report Listing option on that listing page. That existing listing-report flow queues the item for review.
