• Account information such as name, email, login identifiers, plan, and storefront membership.
• Listing, storefront, event, photo, pickup, and public location information users choose to create or publish.
• Buyer, seller, and organizer interactions, including carts, checkout requests, support messages, reviews, and reports.
• Inputs and draft outputs processed by Forsale, including photos, prompts, draft titles, draft descriptions, categories, prices, and condition suggestions.
• Payment metadata from configured payment processors, such as checkout status, payout readiness, chargeback or refund state, and billing plan identifiers.
• Support data, analytics data, device/browser data, email notification activity, and approximate usage logs.

We use information to operate accounts, publish storefronts and listings, support local pickup and checkout workflows, process billing or payment metadata, prepare assisted drafts, deliver notifications, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Forsale uses limited product analytics to understand whether visitors and users can complete account setup, listings, events, checkout, Help, and educational workflows. Product analytics is designed not to include names, email addresses, phone numbers, street or public address labels, typed form or search text, listing descriptions, full URLs, IP addresses, or precise location coordinates.

Analytics may include a route template, coarse account role, enumerated action details, safe campaign tokens, and pseudonymous server-hashed identifiers used for aggregate counting across signup. Where an analytics choice is displayed, you can allow or decline nonessential analytics. Declining analytics does not block product features. Analytics events, capture-failure records, and pseudonymous signup links are deleted on configured retention schedules.

Forsale may use hosting providers such as Google Cloud, email providers such as Resend, payment processors such as Stripe, automated processing providers, maps providers, analytics tools, and support tools. These providers process information to help operate the service.

Information you publish in a storefront, listing, event, photo, description, review, or public location label may be visible to other users and visitors. Avoid publishing exact home addresses or private details unless you intentionally want them displayed.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for a beta service, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Use unique passwords with external auth providers and be careful with sensitive information.
