This agreement applies when you create storefronts, listings, drafts, or seller checkout workflows.

Authority to Sell
Sellers must own or be authorized to sell every item they list.
Listing Accuracy
Sellers are responsible for accurate photos, prices, categories, conditions, quantities, descriptions, availability, pickup details, taxes, refunds, returns, and legal compliance.
Restricted Items
Sellers must not list prohibited, recalled, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, regulated, illegal, or infringing items.
Reporting Listings
To report a specific listing, use the Report Listing option on that listing page. That existing listing-report flow queues the item for review.
