Digital checkout and payment processor terms for Forsale users.
These terms apply when digital checkout or payment-related features are enabled or used.

Payment Processor
Digital checkout may be handled by Stripe or another configured payment processor. Processor terms, identity verification, payout requirements, and risk controls may apply.
Forsale and Provider Fees
Cash sales have no Forsale platform fee. Card sales use the plan-specific Forsale fee below. Stripe processing, payout, dispute, currency, tax, and other provider charges are separate and may vary under the connected seller's provider agreement.
- Free Seller: 1.5% + $0.15 Forsale platform fee per card order; Stripe fees are separate.
- Seller Plus: 0.75% + $0.10 Forsale platform fee per card order; Stripe fees are separate.
- Organizer: 0.5% Forsale platform fee per card order; Stripe fees are separate.
- Market Pro: 0.25% Forsale platform fee per card order; Stripe fees are separate.
Credit Boosts
Credit Boosts are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Included plan Credits are used first in a rolling 30-day window and do not roll over. Purchased Boost Credits are used next and do not expire under the current package terms. Requeueing the same accepted task does not use another Credit; a new request uses the displayed cost. Credits are not refunded automatically after a task is accepted, but duplicate charges or processing errors may be submitted to support for review.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for chargebacks, refunds, disputes, tax reporting, payout information, compliance, and any processor requirements that apply to their role.
No Payment Guarantee
Forsale does not guarantee payment completion, payout timing, buyer performance, seller performance, or dispute outcomes.
