Current status entry point

Forsale does not yet publish a separate automated public incident dashboard. This page is the branded status entry point until one is available. If the home page, Browse, and Help all load, the public web service is reachable, but a payment, authentication, email, map, storage, or processing provider can still have a narrower issue.

Check the app version shown on this page and in the footer when reporting a problem.

If a service appears unavailable

  1. Refresh once and test a second Forsale page without repeating a payment or publish action.
  2. Check the troubleshooting guide for browser and account recovery.
  3. Contact support with the affected page, approximate time and timezone, visible status, and app version.
