Event Responsibility
Organizers are responsible for event accuracy, venue and community permissions, seller participation, public safety, location visibility, signage, cleanup, permits, pickup logistics, and local compliance.
Permissions and Representations
Organizers must not misrepresent charity, fundraising, sponsorship, attendance, approvals, venue permission, HOA permission, school or church permission, or official community affiliation.
Seller Participation
Organizers should coordinate with participating sellers and avoid implying that a seller, venue, or sponsor has approved an event unless that approval is real.
