Quick Add creates drafts
Photo batch, sometimes described as Quick Add, takes mixed photos and proposes separate draft items. Use it before publishing inventory. Each created item uses one Credit, and every resulting draft still needs seller review.
Quick Sale rings up the current customer
Quick Sale is a sale-day cashier tool. Search or match existing inventory, or choose Unlisted Item when the object was never entered. The unlisted line stays off the public storefront. If you want a reusable inventory record afterward, explicitly create a private draft after checkout.
Use the result check
If your desired result is inventory to edit and publish before the sale, use Single item or Photo batch. If a customer is already buying, use Quick Sale—even for an unlisted item—and verify every line and payment state before completion.
