Add, review, and publish items

Choose the creation mode

• Single item creates one draft. Save manual draft does not use a Credit. Let Forsale prepare it requires at least one useful photo and uses 1 Credit.
• Photo batch accepts mixed photos, groups them into separate draft items, and uses 1 Credit per created item. Review every grouping and draft; processing suggestions are not automatically public.
• Quick Sale is different: it helps a seller match an in-person buyer's description to existing live inventory. It does not create listings.

Review before publishing

1. Confirm the photos belong to the item and do not reveal private documents, faces, addresses, or license plates.
2. Correct the title, category, optional subcategory, condition, price, quantity, description, and tags. Choose the closest listed category instead of inventing a new one; Other and Uncategorized stay marked for review.
3. Answer any follow-up questions and wait for the item to reach Review ready.
4. Choose Publish Listing only when the buyer-visible details are accurate, then open the public item page to verify the result.

If processing fails

Keep the draft and exact failure state visible. Retry the same recoverable task when Retry is offered; do not start duplicate drafts. If the task reaches a terminal failure, edit manually or use the processing recovery guide before escalating.

Large inventories

Self-serve CSV bulk-upload and a public inventory import API are not available in the current app. Use Photo batch to turn mixed photos into separate drafts, then review each item before publishing.
