Confirm the plan and event facts

Before creating the event, confirm that the current plan includes events and that you are authorized to publish the name, schedule, location, description, images, and participating storefronts.

Enter schedule and public location

Enter the start and end time carefully, then verify how they display on the public page from the organizing location and another device. Use a public-safe location label and map point, then add only current Parking, Accessibility, Pickup expectations, and Weather plan guidance. The Weather plan is organizer-provided and is not a live forecast.

Control publication and participants

Review whether Public Event is enabled before saving. Link only storefronts that are actually participating and that you are permitted to include. Confirm each linked storefront has the intended public mode and inventory.

Verify the event page

Open the buyer-visible page and check the event title, schedule, location privacy label, Directions, Add to Calendar, arrival guidance, participating storefronts, and inventory. Correct the source before generating promotion material.

Create and test the QR flyer

Use Share on the public event page to verify the canonical destination, then generate the event flyer or poster, inspect its text and crop, and scan the final QR code from a second device. Add to Calendar imports a one-hour alert, but the buyer's calendar app decides whether alerts are supported.
