Complete verification in the same browser
Forsale uses Outseta for secure registration, verification, login, password recovery, and account sessions. Complete the emailed verification or recovery step, then return to Forsale in the same browser.
If the app says the plan is not recognized, use Pricing to connect a Forsale plan or sign out and use the intended account.
Use your setup goal as a recommendation
- Shop points to buyer discovery, checkout, and purchase-history help.
- Sell recommends a seller plan and the storefront and inventory walkthroughs.
- Organize recommends Organizer or Market Pro and the event walkthroughs.
The goal is used during first-time setup for recommendations only. After setup, your active subscription and storefront role—not the stored goal—control available tools. You do not need a second account to use capabilities included in your plan.
Recover from a stuck sign-in
- Return to the original Forsale tab and refresh once.
- Allow required cookies for the site and retry the login or verification action.
- If the same state repeats, note the page, time, browser, and visible error, then contact support without sending a password or verification code.
